Understand that Bangkok is a city different than other cities. It is important to maintain a delicate balance in this city. you need to do both sides in order to get all good loot. not with different profiles, with the same profile. Different than Moscow, this city has a scale that needs to remain balanced. if not, you lose privileged with the other side.

for example, if you only do triad Jobs, you will not be able to pick up weapons from the Yakuza side. thus, my advise, pay attention to the scale provided in the game in Bangkok. It has meaning. Try and keep your scale balanced, for now.

Also, Remember this is not the complete version of the game. this is just to see if we can hack or to give zynga information on glitches. After all, as soon as we find a glitch we pass it on. Zynga gets this info too. Don't think for a minute that of 501 mafia + friends, some of these are not zynga operatives. They Are!!!! No worries though, this is part of the game.

Read this and understand it. I just made it simple for myself:

As you complete certain jobs and win fights against rival faction members in Bangkok, you'll earn increased respect from the faction you help out. Earn enough reputation, and you'll unlock special items that can be purchased in the Faction Store.

However, helping one faction is sure to anger the other - keep in mind that as your status with one faction goes up, the other faction will drop. Drop below a certain level and that faction may cut off access to items in the store.
