I have not shared this with many people but over the past year I
have been focusing a lot of new attention on small "local" niche sites
that are absolutely killing it for me with AdSense.
The reason these sites do so well for AdSense, is they are incredibly
easy to rank because most small businesses have no idea how to do
it. That means your competition is virtually non existent.
What a lot of people don't realize as well is that over 40% of
searches done online have "local intent" which translates into huge
traffic opportunities.
While 99% of most internet marketers are trying to target the same
affiliate programs and products that everyone else is, there is a boat
load of opportunity to target local. You do not have to promote a
product. I am talking about simply creating sites targeting a local
market like real estate or dentists. I am being 100% serious here
when I say it is insanely easy and lucrative right now. Oh and yes
you can promote products on these sites too, but that is not the
focus of this email (I'll talk about that later though).
The other great thing here is the traffic seems to be very buyer
hungry, meaning they are spenders. Think about your own searching,
when you search online it is usually because you are in the serious
shopper mindset, well so is the rest of the world when they are doing
that.
Being able to tap into this massive source of opportunity has never
been easier either but that is too much to explain in this email.

PS - Tomorrow I am going to share with you the exact steps I am
using that you can follow as well, and I will share more about how to
use these to fill it with affiliate offers and other monetizing
(generating rev) strategies also. Watch for that email, you will love
it.
